    “Online MBA program offered by this school is accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).”

    Anyone here can tell me what is AACSB? I’ve seen many schools offering online MBA programs claim that they are accredited by AACSB. So this accreditation seems to be a honor, right?

    I search online and find AACSB is neither a regional nor national accrediting agency. Then why people value the accreditation from it?

  2. Shawn C. Bass Said:

    @Patricia C. Brill

    Accreditation from AACSB is generally considered the highest accreditation for business and accounting schools, which makes sure that the school meets the high standards the organization sets. Online MBA programs from an AACSB-accredited business school can help you get a higher paid job.

    It’s true that it’s quite expensive to earn an MBA degree. There’re still some affordable online MBA programs. I think the tuition rates for online MBA degree at Temple University are quite high. This program requires a total 48 credits. You need to pay $1,296 for each credit. So your total cost can be $58,320.

    “Blackboard” is a tool that allows instructors to add resources and materials for students to access online. Audio, PowerPoint, video and other applications are created outside of Blackboard and added into Blackboard courses to enhance teaching and learning efforts.

    Too many selections of online MBA programs make it difficult for me to the best one.
